Have AI Break

AI is increasingly tasked with doing just about everything. But when a Google DeepMind study detailed how prompting “take a breath” before a request improves the accuracy of the response, it had us thinking — would this work with the world’s most iconic tagline?

Sweat It

When enjoying the deliciously spicy KFC Zinger, our bodies heat up and react. For most people, that comes in the form of uncontrollable sweats.

Fire Breathers

KFC Hot Wings are properly hot. Like we’re talking mouth-on-fire hot. So to show Canada how the fried chicken flats and drums are igniting taste buds we created an OOH campaign that featured customers breathing fire, literally.

Tears Of Joy

Onions are notorious tear jerkers. However, with KFC's new onion rings, they'll cause a whole different kind of waterworks.

Coffee Mate, Mate

Iconic brands like Coffee Mate can do a lot with a little. Sometimes, all it takes is a name. To help people remember ours, we turned to a country that loves to say mate.

Extra Crispy Is Here

The return of KFC's Extra Crispy chicken also means the return of the many crispy bits that fall to the bottom of the bucket — delicious remnants that nobody wants to leave behind.

Sorry Utensils

The best way to enjoy KFC is digging in 10 fingers deep. Sure, it’s messy, impolite even. But we make no apologies for it. Well, except maybe to the knives, forks and spoons that have been left behind.

Fry Funeral

KFC had the worst reviewed fries in the world. People despised them and wanted them gone. So when KFC finally introduced new seasoned fries, we gave the old fries the send off it deserved.

We held a real funeral for our old fries and live streamed the eulogy.

That blew up on social with 22+ million views on TikTok alone.

We also took it to the streets so everyone can pay their (dis)respects.

Angry Colonel

KFC's 2 pieces of delicious Original Recipe chicken, made with The Colonel’s famous 11 herbs and spices. For only $2.99? Who wouldn’t love that? Well, we can think of someone who might not be happy.

The Colonel’s frustrations didn’t stop there. He demonstrated his passion for his original recipe in various ways — like defacing our ads.

He put us on blast in the biggest national newspaper.

And he even paid KFC HQ a surprise visit. His antics became part our social campaign, earning over 13 million unpaid organic impressions.

Finders Keepers

Nothing quite beats the feeling of finding money you didn’t know you had. With up to 4% cash back, using the CIBC Dividend card lets you find money in unexpected places.

Have Your Meat And Eat It Too

Greenfield Natural Meat Co. is proudly carbon neutral. To launch the brand in the US, we’re telling Americans they no longer have to choose between meat and nature — they can now have both at the same time.

Bacausageronihamacon

Applewood Bacon. Sausage. Pepperoni. Ham. Smoky Bacon. The Little Caesars 5 Meat Feast just had TOO many meats to talk about. So we shortened them into one really easy-to-say word (pronounced: Bah-cau-sage-er-oni-ha-may-con). To give all Canadians a chance to try this miraculous mouthful for themselves, we created a 31-digit hotline: 1-844-LC5-MEAT+BACAUSAGERONHAMACON giving out free Bacausageronihamacon pizzas to anyone who can dial it correctly.

We all have a Taco Bell fanatic on our holiday gift-giving list. So for the festive season, we created the Taco Bell Crunchwrapping Paper — a collection of 5 sheets of wrapping paper, one for each of the delicious ingredients in Taco Bell’s Triple Double Crunch Wrap. Naturally it became the #1 bestselling wrapping paper on Amazon.

Streetswear

Homeless chic is a fashion trend that has been appropriating homelessness for years. But homelessness is not a trend, it impacts over 40,000 real Canadian youths today. To raise awareness for this issue, we introduced Streetswear — a collection designed for kids to survive a life of homelessness. A clothing line that shouldn't exist, because neither should youth homelessness.

Jeep Luggage

Every Jeep release is exciting and pushes the envelope in terms of automotive innovation. The Jeep Luggage is no different. To launch the new luggage partnership, we featured the luggage being used in typical rugged Jeep-like environments showing the toughness of our luggage and the ability to take them on any adventure.
